Getting started
What Waitlyx does
Declare your setup, inspect deterministic rules or an AI risk review, then make your own decision. A Review never approves a trade.
Sign in and account access
Use the one-time email link. Never share a Magic Link, password, session cookie, or verification code. Use Account → Log out when finished.
Why a Review can be unavailable
Invalid, incomplete, unsafe, quota-limited, or unavailable provider input fails closed. Rejected input does not become a trading recommendation.
Plans and Billing
Free: USD 0. Plus: USD 9.99/month as a monthly subscription. Plus is the only public paid plan. There is no trial.
The initial Plus purchase has a 7-day first-purchase money-back guarantee, once per recognized customer. It does not reset on renewal or re-subscription. A qualifying request must be received within the exact 7-day window; review, refund processing, and bank settlement may occur later. A successfully processed and reconciled qualifying full refund ends the corresponding Plus entitlement. Correcting a duplicate or erroneous charge must not by itself remove separately valid paid access. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Use Account → Manage billing for the Customer Portal. You may cancel at any time. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the current paid-period end, Plus access continues through that paid period, and future renewal stops. Ordinary cancellation does not itself create an automatic or prorated refund.

A dispute may temporarily suspend paid access. Support can explain status, but only the authoritative Product and human financial process can decide or execute changes.
Reviews and AI Credits
Uploaded deterministic Review quotas are Free 5 and Plus 10 per day. Included AI reviews are Free 3 and Plus 7 per Malaysia business day.
The two allowances are separate. Public purchased-credit packs and prices are not available yet.
Promoters
The founding program is single-level. Current commercial contract: Month 1: USD 3. Months 2–12: USD 1/month. Month 13+: USD 0. Promoter payout onboarding is not yet available while provider approval is pending. Do not submit bank, KYC, payout, or identity documents here or in Discord.
Privacy and security
Never send passwords, Magic Links, session tokens, card numbers/CVC, Stripe keys or IDs, bank credentials, broker passwords/API keys, government ID, raw webhook data, or screenshots containing full financial/account details. If you accidentally include common credential formats, the support form redacts them before storage.
Ask a general question
This assistant answers approved Help Center questions. It cannot approve refunds, change subscriptions, modify accounts, issue credits, make payout decisions, or give financial advice. Sensitive or financial questions are routed to human support.
Human support
Submit a request to the Waitlyx support inbox. If you are signed in, the server links your account automatically; do not paste account or Stripe identifiers.
For access, correction, consent, restriction, deletion or privacy complaints, sign in if possible and choose SECURITY_CONCERN or OTHER. Human support will verify account authority and record the lookup, action or applicable retention exception, and response.
